Good evening, Gasheads, and welcome to live coverage as Bristol Rovers travel to Home Park to face League One title-chasers Plymouth Argyle.
It promises to be an eventful night in Devon with Steven Schumacher's side hoping to take a big step closer to promotion to the Championship, but – with "bad blood" between the dugouts, in Joey Barton's words, there is plenty of motivation for the Gas to strike a blow to the Pilgrims' ambitions, despite there being very little for Rovers to play for when it comes to the league table.
The teams have already met three times this season – once in the league, twice in the EFL Trophy – and this promises to be another entertaining clash between two sides that share a dislike for one another.

Joey Barton had no complaints after 10-man Bristol Rovers succumbed to a 2-0 defeat to League One title-chasers Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday.

The extra man told but Rovers put up a decent fight at Home Park with a few players able to hold their heads up high.

Defeat in Devon for the Gas as Argyle take a huge step towards promotion.
The red card proved decisive. Rovers lost their foothold in the game as a result and although they battled hard, they went behind through a moment of genius from Niall Ennis.
Macaulay Gillesphey made it two from a corner soon after.
In truth, Rovers did pretty well to fight it out to the end and concede no more goals. Home Park has been rocking all night and weaker teams would have crumbled and lost by four or five.

A couple of moments
Loft does brilliantly to burst away from the defence, but Scarr recovers in time to make a challenge as he was just about to shoot.
Soon after, Bogarde stabbed a ball through to Anderson but it was just a little heavy and the chance passed.
Credit where it's due
Despite the scoreline, Ward is having a good game. He bursts up the right and whips in a dangerous cross which is sliced clear with Anderson lurking. It could have gone anywhere, but this is Plymouth's night.

Matt Butcher and Callum Wright are replaced by Jordan Houghton and Jay Matete.

Shortly before, Rovers had a sustained spell of possession but it broke down on the edge of the area with Ward unable to find Gibbons.

A sequence of pressure pays for the hosts as Butcher curls in a brilliant cross and Gillesphey glances it home from six yards.

Wright's first-time shot from 25 yards is drifting in but Belshaw tips it over the bar.

Smart play from Finley as he gives his man the slip and breaks down the right. He picks out a cutback for Gibbons, who lashes it first time and it is just wide of the near post with the keeper beaten.

Niall Ennis with an incredible overhead kick.
Hoole seems to have Ennis under control in the area, but the striker produces a moment of real quality. He chested the ball into the air and found the bottom corner with a sensational overhead kick.
Flashed across the box
Centre-back James Wilson finds himself free in the Rovers box, but he hurries his cross and it flashes out of play for a goal kick.

Grant Ward takes the second-half kick-off.
Aaron Collins is replaced by James Gibbons. That should make it a back five for Rovers.
