Castle Park in Bristol has been taken over by film crews today. Filming has been ongoing this afternoon at the city centre park, suspected to be for a new Paramount+ show 'The Crow Girl'.

According to the Bristol Film Office, crews began shooting the thriller earlier last month. The six-part series has been adapted from Erik Axl Sund's trilogy of novels and begins with the discovery of a dead teenage boy's body and the subsequent hunt for his murderer.

Last month, a new 'Bristol Metropolitan Police' station was created on Wine Street, in the former Bank of England building at the edge of the park, for filming as part of the series. Today, it seems as if more on-locations shots are being filmed.

Social media account @bristol_filming said on X: "Buccaneer Media filming "The Crow Girl" for Paramount+ in Castle Park and on Castle Bridge. Friday, 5th April, 2024. Images from the scene show filming taking place, as well as signs informing the public that the activities involved are for filming purposes only."
